NOTES:

• Remember – to get the discounted membership rate (best deal), your ALCA membership must be active through November 19, 2021. If your ALCA membership expires before November 19^th you will need to renew membership or pay the non-member registration rate (be prepared to pay at the registration table if not handled prior to the conference)
• If you plan to fax in forms, the ALCA FAX NUMBER HAS CHANGED TO 205-623-9159. Former number is not in service.
• T-shirts are $10 and will be cloth t-shirts this year instead of the dry-fit ALCA has had for the last couple of years (view on link above)
• Employers paying for your registration will need a new W-9 form for their records. It is attached to this email. Please make sure you provide it to your employer if they are paying your registration.
• This conference is an on-site conference and ALCA is monitoring the pandemic as we plan. Currently, the plan is to continue with an on-site conference at the Sheraton Birmingham & BJCC.
