The executive council of ALACES would like to cordially invite you all to a lunch-and-learn opportunity we will be hosting on Monday, August 23rd, from noon - 2:00pm central. The workshop is titled “Supporting Faculty: COVID Mental Health Concerns”. In this workshop, we will be talking about the literature related to the need for mental health resources for faculty and college students. We’ll then spend a majority of the session discussing and applying resources for faculty mental health as well as resources faculty can provide to students.

The cost of attendance is free for all ALACES division members, but you must register to attend. For ALCA members who wish to attend but are not current members of ALACES, the cost is $5.

We will be offering 2 NBCC CE credits for attending. Those who want CEUs will need  to pay $5 to cover that cost. To be clear, for ALCA members who pay $5 to attend the workshop, if you also want CE credits for attending, you will need to pay an additional $5.
