This workshop utilizes the elements of narrative story to process difficult emotions, shift our perspective about our strengths and resilience by drawing on schemas, scripts, cognitive maps, mental models, and metaphors. Participants will learn Body-based techniques to calm the CNS utilizing all five senses. In addition, participants will be able to appraise the role of spirituality in relation to increasing hope and resilience in personal recovery. This training incorporates therapies such as IFS, Narrative Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment, EFT, Gestalt and more.
